Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to support bank certification activities, coordinate dynamic certification processes, and facilitate Business Intelligence (BI) certification and deployment to BI consumers. The ideal candidate will have strong project management, stakeholder coordination, action tracking, and decision-making skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the certification team in preparing and organising bank certification plans.
• Monitor and coordinate actions throughout dynamic certification activities, ensuring timely completion.
• Prepare project documentation, status reports, and supporting materials for project leads and key stakeholders.
• Support the certification of Business Intelligence (BI) solutions and coordinate their rollout to BI consumers.
• Facilitate meetings with technical teams, business stakeholders, and other relevant parties.
• Track project actions, follow up on outstanding items, issue reminders, and define corrective action plans where required.
• Monitor and report programme status, risks, dependencies, and progress through regular project updates.
• Manage business project activities, including requirements scoping, planning, milestones, and performance indicators.
• Support decision-making, prioritisation, and arbitration to resolve project issues and maintain delivery progress.
• Ensure deliverables comply with agreed specifications and quality, cost, timeline, and safety requirements.
  

Required Skills and Experience

• Proven experience in business project management or project coordination.
• Knowledge of decision-making processes and stakeholder management.
• Strong meeting facilitation and communication skills across technical and business teams.
• Experience in action tracking, follow-ups, planning, and status reporting.
• Ability to define project plans, monitor KPIs, and manage risks and dependencies.
• Experience supporting certification processes, ideally within banking or financial services.
• Familiarity with Business Intelligence (BI) certification, deployment, or consumer adoption is an advantage.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
