What they need
The role covers Installation & Construction engineering activities across Transport & Installation packages for projects, tenders and studies.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading installation engineering activities across allocated packages.
- Reviewing the installability of subsea products, tooling and equipment.
- Coordinating constructability reviews, risk assessments, HAZIDs, Design Reviews and readiness reviews.
- Managing engineering schedules, budgets, progress reporting and technical interfaces.
- Supporting procurement plans, RFQs, ITBs and technical bid evaluations.
- Contributing to safe and efficient offshore execution.
- Coaching and mentoring junior installation engineers.
Le profil recherché
Profile wanted
The ideal candidate has:
- A Master's degree or equivalent in Engineering.
- At least six to eight years of experience in offshore or subsea installation engineering.
- Strong experience in SURF and vessel operations.
- Proven experience with umbilical or flexible lay operations and lifting operations.
- Experience with constructability, risk assessment, risk mitigation and Management of Change.
- Experience leading multidisciplinary engineering teams.
- Fluent English. Portuguese is an advantage.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Valid BOSIET or equivalent offshore certification when offshore mobilisation is required.
