6-Month Internship - Corporate Internal Audit (M/F)
Audit Academy Development
- Formalize audit methodologies and best practices.
- Participate to the design of training materials covering the full audit lifecycle: planning, fieldwork, reporting, and follow-up of recommendations.
- Structure and maintain a knowledge repository and SharePoint workspace dedicated to auditors.
Power BI & Data Analytics
- Develop and enhance Power BI dashboards and visualizations used for reporting to the Audit Committee and Executive Management.
- Perform quantitative and qualitative analyses of audit engagements, findings, recommendations, and implementation status.
- Identify trends, recurring risks, and improvement opportunities from audit data.
- Support the preparation of reports and presentations for governance bodies.
Audit Engagement Support
- Assist in the logistical organization of audit assignments.
- Follow up on document requests and coordinate communications with audited entities.
- Ensure compliance with document retention, archiving, and data protection requirements.
- Administer and analyze satisfaction surveys completed by auditees.
Audit Recommendation Follow-Up
- Prepare related dashboards and management reports.
- Coordinate the implementation of the escalation process defined by the Audit Department.
AI & Audit Digital Transformation
- In cooperation with Senior Auditors, develop a library of prompts and Artificial Intelligence use cases tailored to internal audit activities.
- Test and document solutions aimed at improving the efficiency and effectiveness of audit work.
- Support the deployment of AI best practices across the Internal Audit function
Le profil recherché
- Master's level student from an Engineering School, Business School, or University.
- Strong analytical, synthesis, and communication skills.
- Strong interest in data, digital transformation, and continuous improvement.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
- Interest in internal audit, internal control, governance, data analytics, and Artificial Intelligence.
- Professional working proficiency in English.
