Role Responsibilities

* Deliver and continuously improve technical and application training for channel partners and customers across the EMEA export region.
* Provide advanced scientific and technical support, including complex troubleshooting, in close collaboration with central support teams.
* Build and maintain long-term relationships with partners, participate in visits and demonstrations, and channel structured feedback to help improve products and services.



Requirements

* PhD in Life Sciences or a closely related field, with relevant industry or research experience enabling you to quickly master the company's technologies.
* Proven experience in technical training and/or field application support, including preparation of training materials and handling advanced technical questions.
* Strong problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills in English, with willingness to travel regularly within the EMEA region.
