Our ideal candidate
- You have at least 2 years of experience in UX Writing, Content Design, Product Writing, UX Copywriting or Conversational Design.
- You are fully English speaker with excellent English writing skills.
- You are fluent in French.
- You have experience creating content for digital products, customer journeys or service platforms.
- You are familiar with microcopy, conversational content, chatbots or virtual assistants.
- You know how to adapt content to different audiences, brands and tones of voice.
- You are comfortable working with Product, UX, Design and business stakeholders.
- You have strong organisational and prioritisation skills.
- You are able to coordinate a significant workload in a fast-changing environment.
- You are proactive, curious and willing to investigate user needs, business objectives and operational constraints.
- You are precise, detail-oriented and committed to content quality.
- You enjoy working collaboratively in an international environment.




Nice to have
- Experience in Customer Service, self-service, travel, transport or e-commerce.
- Experience with user testing or content testing.
- Knowledge of Figma.
- Knowledge of Jira.
- Experience working in an Agile environment.
- Experience working with multiple brands, markets or tone-of-voice guidelines.
- Familiarity with content design systems or structured content processes.



Our recruitment process takes place in three steps

Step 1: Initial conversation
You will meet with a Mission Manager or Recruitment Manager for a phone or video interview. This first conversation will focus on your background, experience, career goals and expectations.

Step 2: Mission discussion
You will then meet with a Mission Director to discuss the opportunity in greater detail and explore whether the mission and our clients' environments match your professional aspirations.
At the end of this second step, we will be able to confirm whether this mission is the right opportunity to start working together.

Step 3: Client meeting
The final step will be a meeting directly with our client to confirm the match between your profile, the team and the mission.
