We are looking for an Electronics Module Leader to join our team in Massy.

As part of our Propulsion organization, you will be responsible for leading the development and lifecycle of key electronics products, with a focus on the Thruster Control Unit (TCU) and the Electrical Demonstration Unit (EDU).

Combining strong technical expertise with project leadership, you will coordinate multidisciplinary teams to ensure successful product development, industrialization, and delivery while meeting quality, schedule, and budget objectives.

This position also includes operational management responsibilities and close collaboration with engineering, production, quality, and supply chain teams.

Your Main Missions

Development Project Leadership

You will be responsible for driving the development of the TCU and EDU throughout their lifecycle.

  • Define and maintain development roadmaps, project plans, schedules, and resource needs.

  • Coordinate multidisciplinary technical activities and ensure alignment with program objectives.

  • Monitor project progress, budget, schedule, risks, and deliverables.

  • Identify project risks and implement mitigation plans alongside technical teams.

  • Track key performance indicators (cost, quality, planning, workload) and drive corrective actions when required.

  • Report project status, challenges, and priorities to key stakeholders.

Product Quality & Delivery

You will guarantee the successful execution of development and manufacturing activities.

  • Ensure timely delivery of technical documentation and manufacturing outputs.

  • Lead reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Maintain product quality standards throughout development and production phases.

Production & Industrialization Support

You will contribute to the transition from development to production.

  • Support the implementation and optimization of TCU and EDU manufacturing workflows.

  • Work closely with Industrialization teams to ensure production readiness.

  • Coordinate action plans and resolution activities in case of production issues.

Supplier Management

You will oversee technical activities performed by external partners.

  • Manage technical follow-up of development activities subcontracted to suppliers.

  • Support Quality and Supply Chain teams when needed.

  • Participate in supplier reviews and performance monitoring.

  • Occasionally travel to supplier sites.

Required Experience

  • Engineering degree or equivalent in Electronics, Aerospace Engineering, Embedded Systems, Mechatronics, or a related field.

  • Proven experience developing complex technical products or technologies.

  • At least 3 years of experience in a relevant engineering environment such as space, aerospace, electronics, propulsion, embedded software, or industrial systems.

  • Previous experience leading development projects or coordinating multidisciplinary technical activities is highly valued.

  • Experience in the space, aeronautics, automotive, or manufacturing industries is a strong plus.

Engineering degree or equivalent in Electronics, Aerospace Engineering, Embedded Systems, Mechatronics, or a related field.

Proven experience developing complex technical products or technologies.

At least 3 years of experience in a relevant engineering environment such as space, aerospace, electronics, propulsion, embedded software, or industrial systems.

Previous experience leading development projects or coordinating multidisciplinary technical activities is highly valued.

Experience in the space, aeronautics, automotive, or manufacturing industries is a strong plus.

  • Knowledge of product development and qualification processes.
