Electrical Business Manager H/F TECNIZY-GCAT GROUP

As part of its continued development in Luxembourg, our client is looking for an experienced Electrical Business Manager to manage electrical projects from the technical and commercial preparation phase through to final delivery.

The successful candidate will act as the main point of contact between clients, engineering teams, suppliers, subcontractors and site teams, ensuring that projects are delivered in accordance with technical requirements, budgets, schedules and quality standards.

Main Responsibilities :
- Manage electrical projects from initial client requirements through to final handover.
- Analyse technical specifications, drawings, tender documents and client requirements.
- Prepare and/or coordinate technical and commercial proposals, quotations and cost estimates.
- Define technical solutions in coordination with engineering and design teams.
- Manage project budgets, costs, margins and financial performance.
- Plan and coordinate project resources, procurement and site activities.
- Select and manage suppliers and subcontractors.
- Monitor project schedules and ensure compliance with contractual deadlines.
- Coordinate electrical works on site and ensure proper execution.
- Participate in project and site meetings with clients and other stakeholders.
- Manage technical and commercial relationships with clients throughout the project.
- Identify additional works and variations and prepare corresponding commercial proposals.
- Ensure compliance with applicable technical standards, safety requirements and quality procedures.
- Anticipate technical, financial and operational risks and implement appropriate corrective actions.
- Ensure proper project documentation and final handover.
