Project Manager H/F TECNIZY-GCAT GROUP

On behalf of our client, we are looking for an experienced Project Manager to manage and coordinate building construction projects in Luxembourg.

The Project Manager will be responsible for the overall management of projects, from preparation and planning through execution and final handover. The role requires strong technical expertise, excellent coordination skills and the ability to manage the various stakeholders involved in construction projects.

Missions :
- Manage construction projects from the preparation phase through completion and handover.
- Define and monitor project schedules, budgets and resources.
- Coordinate all parties involved in the project, including clients, architects, engineering offices, subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams.
- Organize and lead project and site meetings.
- Monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with agreed deadlines, budgets, quality standards and contractual requirements.
- Supervise and coordinate subcontractors and ensure the proper execution of works.
- Identify technical and operational risks and implement appropriate corrective actions.
- Review technical documentation, drawings, specifications and project requirements.
- Monitor project costs, variations and financial performance.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental and quality requirements.
- Maintain regular communication with the client and provide clear reporting on project progress.
- Anticipate potential delays, technical constraints and cost deviations.
- Coordinate project handover, snagging and close-out activities.
