We are looking for a Planner to join our team as part of the development of our operations at our Brussels branch.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Schedule and plan all aircraft maintenance activities in accordance with EASA regulations and manufacturer recommendations.
- Coordinate with flight operations to minimize flight schedule disruptions caused by maintenance activities.
- Monitor the progress of maintenance work and ensure it is carried out according to the plan.
- Estimate the time and resources required for aircraft maintenance tasks.
- Maintain up-to-date records of all maintenance activities and prepare detailed reports.
- Ensure the availability of spare parts and tools required for maintenance.
- Coordinate with various departments, such as engineering, quality control, and safety, to ensure all maintenance activities comply with regulations.
- Communicate effectively with maintenance teams and management regarding planned maintenance and any schedule changes.
- Oversee the review of maintenance documentation (Workpackage, TechLogs) before submitting them to clients.
WHAT WE OFFER:
- Permanent contract (35 hours/week, Monday to Friday, standard office hours).

REQUIRED PROFILE AND SKILLS:
- Minimum education: Associate's degree (BTS ATI, BTS Aeronautics, or equivalent).
- Proven experience in planning or engineering within a Part-145 or Part-CAMO organization.
- Knowledge of applicable EASA maintenance regulations.
- Proficiency in aeronautical maintenance management software (e.g., AMASIS, TRAX, OASES, Aerotrack, etc.).
- Proficiency in Airbus World (AirNav X) and Boeing Toolbox.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong understanding of aeronautical technical documentation.
- Organized, rigorous, and analytical mindset.
- Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively.
- Autonomous and proactive.
- Knowledge of AMOS is a plus.
- Fluent technical English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
