YOUR ROLE
Join ZEBOX, the international innovation accelerator founded by CMA CGM Group, and contribute to the development of our startup and corporate partner ecosystem across the Asia-Pacific region.
As a Business Development Intern, you will support the identification of innovative startups, develop strategic partnerships and coordinate innovation initiatives across APAC.
Working at the intersection of business, technology and innovation, you will help connect promising startups with ZEBOX and CMA CGM Group's business needs.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO ?
Startup scouting & ecosystem development :
- Identify, engage with and qualify innovative startups relevant to ZEBOX and CMA CGM Group's strategic priorities
- Develop and maintain our startup ecosystem database and CRM
- Support ZEBOX's communication and engagement initiatives targeting startups across the APAC region
- Conduct market intelligence and analyze emerging technologies and innovation trends
Business development & strategic partnerships
- Support the planning and coordination of activities with existing corporate partners
- Identify and map potential partners across APAC, including accelerators, incubators, institutions, investors and consulting firms
- Contribute to business development initiatives and prepare commercial presentations and pitch decks
- Support the development of strategic relationships within the regional innovation ecosystem
Innovation projects & events
- Contribute to the organization of innovation challenges, startup calls for applications and industry conferences
- Coordinate online and in-person events targeting the APAC ecosystem
- Support project coordination, event planning and budget monitoring
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR ?
- You are pursuing a Master's degree in Business, Engineering or Innovation, ideally with a dual business and technical background
- You have previous experience in business development, startups or project management
- You have a strong interest in the Asia-Pacific region, maritime transport, logistics and emerging technologies
- You are fluent in English; Mandarin is a strong plus
- You are familiar with CRM tools (ideally Airtable), market research and pitch deck preparation
- You are proactive, dynamic, adaptable and open-minded, with strong communication and organizational skills.

- Location: Marseille, France
- Contract: Internship
- Duration: 6 months
- Travel: Potential business trips to Asia, depending on performance and business needs
