  • Sample Preparation Evaluation: Systematically evaluate and compare various extraction techniques, including Liquid-Liquid Extraction (LLE), Solid Phase Extraction (SPE), hybridization-based extraction, and spin columns.
  • Matrix Management: Execute complex sample preparation and analysis across diverse biological matrices, specifically plasma, various tissues, and Cerebrospinal Fluid (CSF).
  • Data Analysis & Software: Perform advanced data processing and interpretation using the Waters Connect software suite.
  • Scientific Communication: Author and submit at least one high-quality scientific paper for a peer-reviewed journal and present research findings at international scientific conferences (e.g., ASMS, EBF).
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure meticulous documentation of experimental procedures and results in alignment with Servier's internal quality and data integrity standards.

Profile

  • PhD in Bioanalytical Science, Biotransformation, Metabolomics, or a related analytical chemistry field.
  • Proven track record in biological sample preparation and mass spectrometry workflows.
  • Advanced proficiency in Liquid Chromatography (LC) and Mass Spectrometry (MS).
  • Hands-on experience with Waters microLC and High-Resolution Mass Spectrometry (MRT).
  • Expertise in the Waters Connect software suite.
  • Technical mastery of extraction techniques: LLE, SPE, hybridization, and spin columns.
  • Experience handling complex matrices (plasma, tissue, CSF).
