SPS Engineering And Technical Lead H/F Groupe Parlym

🎯 Purpose of the role
By joining the team, you will take on the role of SPS Engineering and Technical Lead (M/F).
🚀 Your responsibilities
In practical terms, your day-to-day role will involve:
- Adopt and demonstrate exemplary behavior with regards to H3SE, implement H3SE rules and requirements within his area of responsibility and comply with H3SE training requirements for the position.
- Be and remain informed of SPS-related Company Rules and Specifications (CR's/GS's), international norms and standards, extracting all the applicable requirements for the Suriname SPS package.
- Identify and coordinate any study or survey that would be requested for SPS engineering, construction, fabrication, testing, installation activities ...
- Define, develop, issue and maintain all necessary engineering and technical documentation related to the Suriname SPS package. Support and participate also to the development and maintenance of Project Management main documents (SOR, FDP, PEP, PQP, Risks, etc.) for SPS matters.
- Ensure that all engineering, fabrication, construction, testing, qualification pre-commissioning and commissioning aspects are suitably addressed during the different engineering phases by timely reviewing (or having reviewed) and validating the relevant SPS documentation issued by Contractor(s) (technical documentation / queries / derogation requests).
- Follow and coordinate alignment with HQ specialists and other entities involved with SPS package on any deviation, from applicable requirements, induced on SPS equipment along engineering and execution phases.
- Ensure that HSE&Q issues are correctly handled in all SPS technical documentation. Raise subsequent comments, highlight deviations, unacceptable or unjustified design choices that could affect SPS equipment during fabrication, installation, production ...
- Ensure the right supervision and control of the fabrication and testing of all SPS equipment spread over several fabrication yards, guaranteeing that QA/QC and H3SE project policies andrequirements are duly implemented and controlling Contractors' achievements in accordance with contractual requirements in all areas.
- Ensure readiness of all SPS equipment for proper onshore / offshore operations with relevant members of the SPS package, interfacing with other packages such as but not limited to D&C (Drilling & Completion), UFR (Umbilical, Flowlines and Risers) and Field operations,
- Participate to project reviews as requested by TotalEnergies referential (PR, DER, CSPP...).
