Job Title: Head of IT Production Services for the UK branch

Summary
Summary
The UK is a key hub for Global Markets and Corporate Finance activities. The Head of IT Production Services is a key role within the UK, ensuring a high quality of technical service to support real-time trading needs of the business, in addition to supporting all other branch activities. The role has full responsibility for budgets, projects, people, outsourcing and group services for the UK ITS function.

The department is currently organized in 4 main areas and a team of approx. 40 permanent, contractors and outsourced staff:
· Infrastructure and telecom
· Service Desk and End user computing including Dealing,Room Support and telephony services
· Project and service management
· Global Electronic Business technical infrastructure platform comprising the dedicated technical environment
(known as the eNet bubble), colocation data centres for Fixed
Income and Forex (currently but not limited to London, New
York, Chicago,
Tokyo, Frankfurt, Milan)

This role requires a strong leader with a breadth of technical skills gained working within a real-time trading environment. The
individual is expected to have a good understanding of ITIL best practices and how to apply this in an agile and reactive manner. You are expected to maintain the quality of the daily run and also be highly proactive to ensure future needs are addressed. Strong partnership and team skills to work effectively across the organisation are necessary. Experience of setting IT strategy in conjunction with business is a key requirement.
You are accountable to the London Branch of the IT change management process and validation

You are part of the UK ISR Senior management team. Close collaboration and partnership with other ISR and CA-GIP managers in both the UK and Paris will be expected.

You are expected to actively contribute to the MTP streams led by ISR in particular on the technology and infrastructure scope.

Activity manager role in line with the governance text 1.5.1 related to the Supervision of Outsourced Essential Activities
(OEA) for the vendor(s) determined by the London Operations Committee.
RTOD - Delegated Data Controller Operational Representative

You have the authority to create, modify, and save data processing records related to the ITS UK activities (namely datacentres and computer rooms processing of personal data)
You are also responsible for initiating the annual review of data processing activities for his perimeter described above
Experience Required:
Significant experiences in providing services (both run and change) in a Capital Markets environment working directly with senior business stakeholders.
Very good experience of operational and project management in IT.
Proven track record of leading technical teams.
Experience of selecting and work
Ability to motivate, drive and lead small and large teams of diverse individuals
