What is the opportunity?
The Senior Business Analyst will act as a central coordination and leadership point within the ETF organisation. This role will drive ETF product enhancements, manage cross-functional initiatives involving internal and external stakeholders and lead strategic initiatives. The successful candidate will combine strong project management and business analysis skills with deep knowledge of ETFs and a solid technical background. They will be a key point of contact for ETF-related change, ensuring that business objectives, operational readiness, and client requirements are aligned and delivered effectively.

What will you do?

Reporting and Key Responsibilities

1. Product Enhancement & Change Delivery
Lead end-to-end delivery of ETF product enhancements (new features, operational improvements, data/reporting enhancements, technology changes)
Work closely with the ETF stakeholders to translate product strategy and roadmap into clear, actionable requirements and project plans
Coordinate design workshops with subject matter experts to ensure solutions are fit-for-purpose and compliant with regulatory and operational standards
Track delivery timelines, manage risks and issues, and proactively escalate where necessary to ensure timely and high-quality implementation
