In the context of the brand's strong redevelopment and renewed growth, you will take responsibility for an iconic boutique and have the opportunity to play an active role in driving a new commercial and team dynamic.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the boutique's commercial performance and achieve business objectives
- Lead, coach and develop a team of 5 employees
- Ensure an outstanding client experience and consistently deliver impeccable service
- Develop client retention, clienteling and CRM initiatives
- Act as a true ambassador for the Maison, its identity and values
Profile:
- At least 5 years of proven management experience within a luxury or premium fashion brand
- Natural leadership, strong results-driven mindset and a genuine passion for client service
- Excellent coaching and team development skills
- Fluent English is essential
- Mandarin proficiency would be a strong asset
Compensation:
- €60K gross annual base salary + bonus
