Corporate Legal Officer M - F H/F Sofitex

Profile
- 2 to 5 years of relevant working experience in corporate governance, company secretarial services, legal support, corporate services, fiduciary services, financial services, tax advisory, or a similar environment
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law, Business Administration, Economics, Taxation, or a related field
- Experience with Belgian corporate law, governance requirements, and legal entity management is considered a strong asset
- Familiarity with board support, statutory filings, corporate housekeeping, and regulatory compliance processes is highly valued
- Professional proficiency in English and Dutch and/or French is required
- Strong interest in legal and corporate structures
- Proactive, adaptable, and committed to delivering high-quality work
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, and discreet, able to work independently and manage priorities in a structured yet client-focused environment
- Motivated by continuous learning and growing responsibility
