Regulatory Reporting Officer M H/F MANPOWER - LUXEMBOURG

Manpower is seeking a Regulatory Reporting Officer for one of its clients in the banking sector, located in Luxembourg, as part of a temporary assignment.

Your missions:

- Prepare and submit regulatory reports (COREP, FINREP, AnaCredit, EMIR, MiFID, SFTR, etc.)
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of regulatory data
- Digitalise, classify, and maintain documentation related to regulatory submissions
- Update internal systems, reporting tools, and data repositories
- Perform controls, reconciliations, and data quality checks
- Manage pending reporting items and ensure timely submission within regulatory deadlines
- Apply internal procedures rigorously and ensure compliance with supervisory requirements
- Collaborate closely with Finance, Risk, Compliance, and IT teams
- Contribute to the team's efficiency through structured organisation and strong analytical skills
Your profile:
- Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Risk Management, or related field
- 3 to 10 years of experience in regulatory reporting within banking or financial institutions
- Strong understanding of prudential regulations and reporting frameworks
- Rigorous, organised, and comfortable with complex datasets
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across departments
- Strong command of MS Office and regulatory reporting tools
- Fluent English is mandatory; Frenchis an advantage
