Compliance Officer M H/F MANPOWER - LUXEMBOURG

Manpower is seeking a Compliance Officer for one of its clients in the banking sector, located in Luxembourg, as part of a temporary assignment.

Your missions:

- Monitor and assess compliance risks across business activities
- Review policies, procedures, and controls to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements
- Perform compliance checks, controls, and thematic reviews
- Digitalise, classify, and maintain compliance documentation and regulatory records
- Update internal systems and ensure data accuracy within compliance tools
- Support regulatory reporting, internal audits, and remediation plans
- Manage pending compliance items and ensure timely follow?up
- Apply internal compliance procedures rigorously
- Collaborate closely with Legal, Risk, AML, and Operations teams
- Contribute to the team's effectiveness through structured organisation and strong analytical capabilities
Your profile:
- Master's degree in Law, Compliance, Finance, Economics, or related field
- 3 to 10 years of experience in compliance within banking or financial institutions
- Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and compliance methodologies
- Rigorous, organised, and attentive to details
- Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively with internal stakeholders
- Strong command of MS Office and compliance systems
- Fluent English is mandatory; Frenchis an asset
