Kyc Analyst - Onboarding Officer M H/F MANPOWER - LUXEMBOURG

Manpower is seeking a KYC Analyst / Onboarding Officer for one of its clients in the banking sector, located in Luxembourg, as part of a temporary assignment.

Your missions:

- Conduct due?diligence checks and verify the completeness, accuracy, and consistency of onboarding documentation
- Perform risk assessments on new clients in line with internal KYC/AML standards
- Review corporate structures, UBO information, and regulatory classifications
- Ensure proper documentation, digitalisation, classification, and traceability of all onboarding files
- Maintain and update internal systems, client profiles, and risk scoring tools
- Manage pending requests and ensure timely resolution of onboarding queries
- Apply internal procedures rigorously and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Collaborate closely with Compliance, Front Office, and Operations teams
- Contribute to the smooth functioning of the team through structured organisation and strong communication
Your profile:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Law, Economics, Business Administration, or related field
- 3 to 10 years of experience in KYC, onboarding, compliance, or client due?diligence within banking or financial services
- Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail
- Comfortable with documentation handling and regulatory processes
- Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively with internal stakeholders
- Strong command of MS Office and digital onboarding tools
- Fluent English is mandatory; French or German is an asset
