Les missions du poste
Job Purpose:
-To ensure accurate and proper processing of invoices, payment of creditor accounts, assets, petty cash, staff accounts and monthly checks and journals.
Job Function:
-Receive 3rd party expense invoices and statements on time & ensuring correct approval thereof
-Capturing of invoices, (Sun & Pegasus) reconciling and payments of creditors accounts
-Reconcile accounts for payment
-Reviewing of payments done by controllers
-Compile remittances for all payments and send them to suppliers
-Working closely with suppliers and operations to resolve queries
-Allocate the accounts on Sun
-Age analysis review & report
-Reconciling staff accounts and ensuring all advances are accounted for in the same month
-Assistance with VAT returns
-Assistance with the GM report
-Assisting Supervisor with P&L reviews and provision journals
-Assistance with compiling budgets
-ADHOC duties when required
Le profil recherché
-Bookkeeping qualification certificate/diploma
-Advanced excel
-Minimum 3 years' relevant experience
