Airbus Helicopters is looking for a Transformation Roadmap Owner (m/f) to join the Electrical Design and Integration department based in Marignane, France.

Your future missions:

By joining our team, you will participate in different missions, all focused on building the exciting future of Electrical Systems engineering. Together, we will contribute to the activity of the Electrical Design and Integration department by developing the E-Systems Métier for its full sustainability and delivering cutting-edge technical solutions to secure our Helicopters' development and operations.

The future is ELECTRIC! Within the E-Systems' organization, you will be the owner of the transformation roadmap, in continuous contact and alignment with our teams, customers, and stakeholders.

Your main missions will be:

• Lead strategy and execution: Develop the strategy for the projects' portfolio and lead the execution of all project phases (set-up, ramp-up, closure) to meet time, cost, quality, and performance targets.
• Manage financials and schedule: Secure project funding, ensure compliance with business cases, and continuously monitor schedules to mitigate risks and seize opportunities.
• Drive cross-functional alignment & arbitration: Arbitrate deviations, negotiate requirements with sponsors, and align all involved functions (procurement, engineering, manufacturing, customer services, IT).
• Ensure customer centricity: Maintain continuous communication with internal and external customers to secure relationships and ensure projects successfully fulfill their expectations.
• Lead people & manage change: Motivate team members through impactful communication, support employee development, and implement efficient staffing (Note: Business travel mainly in Europe is required).

Your profile:

• Experience: Proven experience in managing and coordinating complex transformation projects towards visible results.
• Technical expertise: Good understanding of E-Systems technical workflow (inputs/outputs/requirements) and excellent project management proficiency.
• Language: Mastering French and English in written and spoken is mandatory; Advanced skills in German could be an advantage.
• Soft skills:Readiness to take full accountability in a highly challenging environment.Problem-welcome attitude with the ability to autonomously take initiative.Well-developed leadership skills towards change management.Readiness to step out of the comfort zone and have fun!
