WHY WE NEED YOU ?

As our GPU Cloud business continues to scale, we are strengthening our operational capabilities to support the deployment and operation of increasingly large and complex GPU clusters.

Your mission will be to lead the operational delivery of new GPU clusters, coordinate our strategic suppliers and partners, and build the processes and operating model required to run our infrastructure reliably at scale.

You will play a key role in increasing our operational autonomy, ensuring that new clusters move efficiently from deployment to production while continuously improving how we operate and maintain our GPU infrastructure.

YOUR FUTURE TEAM

You will initially operate as a highly autonomous individual contributor within the GPU Cloud organization.

The role is highly cross-functional and sits at the intersection of Engineering, Infrastructure Operations, Hardware, Supply Chain, Service Management, and GTM.

You will work closely with approximately 15 GPU Cloud engineers, as well as internal teams and external technology partners, to coordinate the deployment and operation of large-scale AI and HPC infrastructure.

YOUR DAILY ROUTINE

Tasks

• Direct the project management of GPU clusters

• Manage and drive suppliers during both project and run phases

• Oversee day-to-day run tracking with the support of dedicated contributors

• Organize interfaces and coordination with other Scaleway departments (hardware, supply chain, data centers)

• Line manage and support a Technical Account Manager (TAM)

• Design and implement the required organization to target autonomy in GPU cluster operations and maintenance

• Handle crisis management situations with manufacturers when SLAs or service commitments are impacted

• Collaborate with key infrastructure and GPU partners (Nvidia, AMD, Dell, HPE, VAST, DDN, Juniper)
  
  

ABOUT YOU

HARDSKILLS:

• At least 8 years of experiences in IT infrastructure project deployment (ideally GPU or HPC cluster deployments)

• Project direction and end-to-end management of complex infrastructure projects

• Hands-on experience with vendor and supplier management

• Familiarity with GPU, HPC, and infrastructure ecosystems (Nvidia, AMD, Dell, HPE, VAST, DDN, Juniper)

SOFT SKILLS:

• Rigor and thoroughness

• Strong organizational skills

• Ability to drive cross-functional alignment across multiple teams

• Solutions-oriented mindset under pressure and during crisis management

• Collaborative attitude with internal stakeholders and external vendors
