What they need
We are looking for an experienced, senior Project Manager to take ownership of a portfolio of IT initiatives, including the implementation of a new Integration Layer for an internal tool, alongside the continued evolution of an existing CRM platform. This is not a build-from-scratch implementation role but a delivery-focused mandate requiring a proven, hands-on PM with a strong track record of driving complex IT projects end-to-end, managing multiple workstreams in parallel, and ensuring delivery meets business and technical requirements.
Missions
Lead end-to-end delivery of the Integration Layer implementation, alongside the ongoing CRM enhancement roadmap
Manage multiple concurrent workstreams, coordinating internal teams, vendors, and subject matter experts
Develop and maintain project plans; track progress; provide regular, accurate status reporting
Ensure final delivery meets agreed business and technical requirements
Define project strategies, tasks, and deliverables; perform risk analysis; manage issues
Monitor budget, schedule, and capacity; take corrective action when deviations occur
Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures throughout the project lifecycle
Set project objectives and oversee quality control across the project lifecycle
Facilitate workshops and working sessions with business and technical stakeholders
Support prioritization and decision-making processes, including for CRM improvement waves
Ensure stakeholder alignment and effective communication throughout delivery
Tools & Environment
System integration projects and API/middleware concepts
CRM platforms and customer-facing business processes
Modern information system architectures and IT infrastructure
Agile and/or Waterfall delivery approaches
Working Conditions
Senior Project Manager role focused on IT programme delivery
Portfolio management of multiple IT initiatives
Requires PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification (required or strongly preferred)
Fluent English required

Profile wanted
- Minimum 7-8 years of proven experience as a Project Manager delivering complex IT projects end-to-end
- Demonstrated track record leading integration, platform, or infrastructure projects - not primarily a Business Analyst background
- Strong stakeholder management and vendor/vendor governance skills
- Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication abilities
- Ability to work independently in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment
- PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification required or strongly preferred
- Fluent in English
- Experience with system integration projects and API/middleware concepts is a strong asset
- Experience with CRM platforms and customer-facing business processes is a plus
- Understanding of modern information system architectures and IT infrastructure
- Proven ability to manage a portfolio of initiatives rather than a single workstream
- Understanding of Agile and/or Waterfall delivery approaches
