To meet our challenges, we are looking for a Maintenance Supervisor Mechanical within the Manufacturing team! This position will be located in Viramgam

Key Competencies:
- Knowledge of good maintenance practices
-Must be good team player, self-starter, good enthusiasm
-Knowledge of CBM and TBM
-Able to handle the team of maintenance
-Trouble shooting skill and able to read the engineering drawings
-Knowledge of rotating, static Equipment, pneumatic and hydraulic equipment
-The internal and external communication skill
-Knowledge of ISO system
-Knowledge of various safety standards, rules, regulations
-Knowledge of OHSAS, HAZOP, JSA

Key Accountabilities:
-Implementation and follow the schedule of preventive/predictive maintenance
-Lead and guide the maintenance teams for right jobs
-Adopt and implement global maintenance directives in workshop
-Monthly maintenance, consumables report
-Skill development of the team
-Monthly report preparation
-CMMS - reduce the backlog of works
-Coordinate with cross functional team
-Ensure organization Global safety, Quality and Environmental policy
-Responsible for minimum stock/spares availability
-Operation PXB execution

Experience Required for this Position: 03-05 years (preferred Manufacturing Food Industry)
Qualification: BE (mechanical)
