Airbus Helicopters is looking for a Financial Controller (m/f) to join the Digital and Transformation Controlling Department based in Marignane, France.

Your future missions:
By joining our team, you will participate in the operations of the new Compliance and Performance Plan (CPP) arbitration bodies created in 2025. Together, we will contribute to the activity of the Digital and Transformation Controlling department by arbitrating, prioritizing, and properly financing the main strategic projects (265m€ / +200 projects) that will shape the future of the Airbus Helicopters division.
As the Financial Controller delegated to this new plan, your main missions will be:
Drive project performance: Lead data collection and consolidation, deliver Operating Plans (OP) and Forecasts, and effectively support and challenge the business cases proposed by different domains.
Coordinate financial exercises: Animate the domain controller network for Actuals, OP, and forecasts, while securing comprehensive reporting for the portfolio and ensuring a safe year-end landing.
Support board arbitration: Create comprehensive analyses and KPIs to reveal project value, link different arbitration bodies, and optimize funding by proposing alternatives and synergies.
Act as a Business Partner: Partner with board chairmen to ensure the proper financing of Opex/Capex arbitration and continuously improve existing processes.
Ensure compliance and audit readiness: Prepare cost rebalancing between AH and AHD on projects and provide robust support for audit preparations.
Your profile:
Min 8 years of professional experience
Financial skills
Technical expertise : SAP, MS Office pack and/or GSuite pack
Communication skills - English - advanced level
Leadership, adaptability, challenges oriented are essentials to succeed in this position
