YOUR ROLE
The Manager, Business Process Excellence & Compliance leads and delivers cross-functional projects to support and ensure environmental regulatory compliance, and digital transformation in a robust and consistent ecosystem. The role translates business needs, regulatory requirements and operational constraints into clear processes, reliable data, effective governance and actionable project roadmaps.
Acting as a key coordination point between business teams, IT and senior stakeholders, the position contributes to harmonizing practices, improving decision-making and securing the successful implementation of strategic projects to the purpose.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO ?
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional projects related to compliance, process improvement, data governance and digital transformation.
- Ensure alignment between business requirements, operational constraints, regulatory expectations and IT capabilities.
- Define, implement and continuously improve governance frameworks, including roles and responsibilities, decision processes, documentation standards and escalation mechanisms.
- Scale-up AI power solutions.
- Structure and monitor project roadmaps, key milestones, risks, arbitration points and management reporting.
- Support data quality, consistency of methodologies and development of reporting or monitoring tools.
- Facilitate communication, knowledge sharing and change management across stakeholders.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR ?
- Solid experience in project management in a complex environment.
- Strong ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders, drive alignment and prepare decision-oriented materials.
- Good understanding of data management, reporting, digital tools and continuous improvement practices.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics and influence without direct authority.
- Structured, autonomous and collaborative mindset, with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of IMO DCS and EU MRV regulations
