About Theremia
Theremia is building the next generation of precision medicine in neurology and psychiatry.
We leverage AI to predict whether a drug will work, and for which patients, before a single clinical trial is run. We can do this because we've built one of the largest datasets of its kind: 1M+ patient records and 9,000+ drugs. What normally takes pharma companies years and hundreds of millions of dollars in trial and error, we can do in hours.
Founded by Dr. Chloé Geoffroy (PhD in neuroscience & pharmacology from ENS) and Iris Maréchal (ex-BCG), Theremia already works with leading hospitals and biotech/pharma partners and we're scaling fast.
About the Position:
We are looking for an Operations Manager to work closely with the CEO and the scientific team to own the delivery of our client engagements. Once a mission is sold, you make it happen: you lead the work front-of-client, produce the deliverables, and coordinate the internal teams to deliver on time and to a high standard. You are the operational backbone that turns commitments into polished, credible output, freeing the CEO to focus on fundraising and the commercial team to focus on selling.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client delivery, front-of-client - 45%
Own delivery of sold engagements end-to-end, from kickoff to final handover.
Run client meetings and workshops with autonomy and credibility.
Manage scope, timeline and expectations across the engagement.
2. Deliverable production - 30%
Structure and write high-quality decks, reports and strategic supports for C-level audiences.
Turn complex scientific and analytical work into clear, client-ready output.
Ensure every deliverable meets a consulting-grade standard of rigor and polish.
3. Internal coordination - 20%
Coordinate scientific, AI and commercial teams to align feasibility, timing and messaging.
Keep engagements on track: unblock, follow up and drive execution across functions.
4. Process & knowledge - 5%
Build reusable templates, methods and playbooks to make delivery repeatable and scalable.
