Transaction Execution Analysis
- Perform financial analysis of potential acquisition targets
- Build and review business plan and financial models
- Support valuation analyses (DCF, trading & transaction multiples, simplified LBOs)
- Participate in due diligence processes (financial, commercial), including coordination with advisors and summary of key findings
- Support BU M&A teams in their deal execution
Origination & Market Intelligence
- Various M&A related researches and analysis
- Perform sector and competitor analysis
- Maintain and develop internal M&A databases and benchmarks
Internal Coordination
- Work together with internal M&A teams and internal BU or HQ experts
- Prepare internal materials: investment memos, due diligence summaries, investment committee presentation and Board of Directors presentations
- Prepare the Group M&A pipeline dashboard and the Group M&A reporting
Le profil recherché
Education
- Master's degree (Bac +5 equivalent) from a leading Business School or Engineering School
- Specialisation in Corporate Finance, Finance or M&A
Professional Experience
- ~3 years of professional experience, ideally in Transaction Services activities / Valuation / Corporate Finance department / Corporate M&A environment
- Strong exposure to financial analysis, due diligence and transaction execution
- Experience with midcap / smallcap transactions is highly valued
