Finance - Data Management & Business Control Senior Officer M - F H/F Amundi

Under the responsibility of the Head of department you will be responsible for daily AUM, transaction and product referential data uploads into the corporate IT database. In addition, you will be responsible for periodic production updates on AUM, transaction and product referential data to company stakeholders. You will support the Finance function on provision of detailed and aggregated data relevant to intra-group transfer pricing calculations.

Duties and responsibilities

• Daily monitoring and certification of AUM, transaction flows and product events in the Finance data depository.

• Daily reporting on the AUM, transaction flows, product referential and product events to the Head of the department and other stakeholders within the Finance function of the company.

• Participation to a project to automate processes and controls relevant to AUM, transaction flows, product referential and product events.

• Monitoring, summation and controls over trades made within company's product ranges. Performing regular reconciliations of these trades against opening and closing positions for a given period.

• Review and update of the distribution tree of the Management Company ( identification and consumption of new accounts not yet attributed within DT, execution and monitoring on network modification requests sent to transfer agent, reporting on severe errors in DT not yet resolved, liaising with transfer agent, sales teams and central function in Paris to handleprevious, participation to periodic meetings with KYC service of transfer agent and central function).

• Data sourcing, data controls & reconciliations and other preparation works for intra-group transfer pricing calculation (active and passive Aum, client segmentation, distributing entity allocation etc.).

• Participation to a project to automate regular reconciliations of trades against opening and closing positions for a given period.

• Strong participation to a key project targeting a daily fees certification

• Preparation and update of the written procedures relevant to the above.

• Participation to any other projects and activities within the department as it might be assigned by the Head of department.
