Les missions du poste
Reporting to the S&OP Manager, you will play a key role in driving demand planning activities, improving forecast accuracy, ensuring product availability, and supporting the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process. You will collaborate closely with Sales, Logistics, Production Planning, Customer Service, and external suppliers to ensure an efficient and responsive supply chain.
Key Responsibilities
As a Demand Planner, you will:
Develop and consolidate monthly rolling demand forecasts for the next three months at SKU and customer level.
Lead monthly forecast review meetings with Key Account Managers, Area Managers, and external sales agents.
Work closely with the Sales team to monitor promotional activities and changes in customer demand.
Analyze forecast performance by comparing actual sales against forecasts and identify opportunities to improve forecast accuracy.
Monitor sales trends across key customers and product portfolios.
Coordinate the Portfolio Management Review (PMR) process and support the implementation of new product and material creation procedures (PDS).
Create and maintain material master data in SAP and PowerApps.
Monitor inventory coverage over the medium and long term by reviewing production and shipment plans with European manufacturing sites and co-packers.
Collaborate with Logistics and Customer Service teams to ensure high customer service levels and product availability.
Prepare purchasing plans for co-packed products based on demand forecasts and agreed inventory policies.
Create Purchase Requisitions (PRs) and Purchase Orders (POs) for packaging materials and co-packed products.
Follow up on production schedules and deliveries from co-packers.
Coordinate with the Sales team to manage ageing stock allocation and ensure appropriate stock assignment to customer orders.
Monitor inbound logistics activities, ensuring import documentation is available on time through close coordination with shipping agents, logistics teams, and production sites.
Support the S&OP Manager with innovation, product renovation, and trade marketing projects.

What We're Looking For
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Economics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
Previous experience in Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Forecasting, or Supply Chain is an advantage.
Skills & Competencies
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential.
Knowledge of SAP is considered an advantage.
Fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized.
Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
