Les missions du poste
Your Responsibilities :
As a DeltaV/VSI Expert, you will primarily focus on documentation activities related to automated systems and manufacturing equipment.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Drafting Installation Qualification (IQ), Operational Qualification (OQ), and Performance Qualification (PQ) protocols for DeltaV and VSI systems.
- Preparing validation documentation in compliance with GMP/GxP requirements.
- Contributing to the qualification and validation strategy for automated systems.
- Writing risk assessments, traceability matrices, and qualification reports.
- Reviewing documentation and ensuring regulatory compliance of all deliverables.
- Supporting the documentation aspects of qualification activities.
- Collaborating closely with Automation, Validation, Quality, Production, and Engineering teams.
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of documentation processes.
Le profil recherché
- Master's degree in Engineering or a scientific discipline.
- Significant experience in qualification and validation within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
- Strong expertise in Emerson DeltaV, or solid knowledge of VSI (Validation System Integration / Computerized System Validation) environments.
- Proven experience in drafting qualification and validation protocols and related documentation.
- Good knowledge of GMP, GAMP 5, FDA 21 CFR Part 11, and EU Annex 11 requirements.
- Ability to work effectively in an international environment.
- Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is essential.
- French is considered an asset.
