Established in 2017, Infinite Orbits is a NewSpace company, based in Toulouse, pushing the boundaries of in-orbit services with cutting-edge spacecraft driven by its own Rendez-Vous solution, an advanced Autonomous Vision-Based Navigation Solution. IO has two generations of missions
"Orbit Guard" provides Inspection and Space Situational Awareness services in GEO.
"Endurance" is a docking service capable of extending the life of GEO telecom satellites, by taking over AOCS takeover for 5 years.
Job Description
- Manage the creation and tracking of Purchase Orders (POs) in the ERP system for indirect procurement (services, IT, office supplies, logistics, subcontracting).
- Contribute to the implementation and improvement of procurement processes to optimize the company's operational efficiency.
- Assist in gathering internal requirements and monitoring suppliers (follow-ups, deliveries, document compliance).
- Participate in logistical and administrative tasks (goods receipts, contractual documents, archiving, NDAs).
- Contribute to reporting and tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to lead times, compliance, and supplier performance.
Le profil recherché
Mid-level experience in procurement (not entry-level junior)
Understanding of technical or industrial environments is a plus
Ability to handle both operational and project procurement topics
Professional English mandatory
Odoo ERP knowledge is a plus
