Join Synapse Medicine as a Project Manager within our Customer Operations team, and play a pivotal role in ensuring delivery reliability, driving quality client engagement, and scaling our organization.
You will manage a portfolio of client projects spanning multiple product lines and client profiles. This is a high-visibility role with direct client contact, within an organization that empowers you to make an impact.
This position focuses primarily on coordination, organization, and client relations. If you are customer-centric, possess strong project rigor, and want to understand high-impact medical products, you are in the right place.
🎯 Your Key Responsibilities
🎯 Project Delivery & Management
Take end-to-end ownership of a specific subset of the active project portfolio.
Plan, track, and deliver projects on time, while effectively managing risks and priorities.
Structure and maintain project deliverables, including plans, milestones, action items, and key decisions.
Identify bottlenecks and proactively escalate issues when necessary.
🤝 Client Relations & Engagement
Lead key milestones in the client relationship: kick-offs, workshops, steering committees, and follow-up meetings.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients on the projects under your responsibility.
Build lasting, trust-based relationships focused on the long-term success of the partnership.
⚙️ Internal Coordination
Work cross-functionally with the Revenue, Product, Tech, QARA (Quality Assurance & Regulatory Affairs), and Medical teams to ensure project alignment and progress.
Document meetings, decisions, and action items with rigor and ensure they are easily accessible.
Contribute to elevating the quality of the team's delivery processes.

🎓 Education & Experience
Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B project management, ideally within a SaaS, digital health, or consulting environment.
Comfortable in fast-growing environments, managing multiple projects simultaneously with diverse stakeholders.
Knowledge of the digital health sector (medical software, healthcare facilities, or regulated environments) is a significant asset. Alternatively, a strong ability to learn quickly is expected, supported by structured onboarding.
