Les missions du poste
We are looking for a Flavorist for our subsidiary based in Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia). Reporting to and working closely with a Senior Flavourist, you will play a key role in developing innovative flavour solutions tailored to the Southeast Asian market.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and optimise flavour formulations (mainly sweet applications) for food & beverage manufacturers in SEA
- Support production teams in scaling up formulations from lab to industrial manufacturing
- Collaborate with Supply Chain on sourcing and evaluating raw materials
- Provide technical support and training to both internal sales teams and customers
- Perform quality control checks on raw materials and finished products when required
- Participate in customer visits across the ASEAN region
Le profil recherché
Your Profile
- Certified Flavourist with a minimum of 3 years' experience in flavour creation (sweet applications preferred)
- Strong sensory evaluation skills and solid understanding of flavour chemistry
- Good knowledge of bakery and/or beverage applications
- Fluent in English is mandatory
- Hands-on, proactive, and comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-growing environment
