☀️ Site Manager / Energy Renovation Works Supervisor (M/F) - Permanent Contract - Annecy
As part of its expansion, a leading company in the energy renovation sector is looking for a Site Manager / Energy Renovation Works Supervisor to join its operational team based in Annecy.
Your mission: lead high-performance renovation projects that combine quality, safety, and sustainability.
🎯 Main Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate all on-site energy renovation works (insulation, windows, heating, ventilation, etc.).

Plan work schedules and manage internal teams and subcontractors.

Ensure quality control and compliance with current standards and RGE regulations.

Guarantee project delivery within deadlines, budget, and safety requirements.

Attend site meetings and maintain communication with clients, design offices, and project managers.

Draft progress reports and propose technical solutions when challenges arise.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes related to energy performance.
💼 Profile Required:
-
Degree (Bac to Bac +3 equivalent) in Construction, Building Management, or similar field.

Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in site supervision or project management, ideally in energy renovation.

Solid technical knowledge of HVAC, insulation, electricity, and building envelope systems.

Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Leadership, problem-solving mindset, and a passion for on-site work.

Valid driver's license required.
📍 Job Conditions:

Permanent contract based in Annecy (France).

Salary range: €40,000 - €48,000 gross per year, depending on experience.
