As part of Bureau Veritas's DxT (Digital Technology) Organization, we are recruiting for our Bureau Veritas DxT Shared Services a Head of Finance - ERP Center of Excellence (F-M-D) on a permanent contract.

Reporting to the DxT Foundation Systems & Delivery Vice President, you will join a global team based in our Paris office.

You will work closely with our operational teams and our clients within the framework of Bureau Veritas's global digital transformation, delivering strategic IT and Information Systems expertise that supports business growth and operational excellence.

WHAT YOU WILL ACCOMPLISH

Your mission is to lead the digital transformation roadmap for Finance and Legal functions, ensuring seamless service delivery and operational excellence across our global operations. Your role is essential to modernizing our IT infrastructure and enabling business efficiency through digital innovation.

You will:


- Define and execute the digital roadmap for Finance and Legal functions, aligned with Product owners, leading the design, development, and deployment of digital solutions (ERP, credit management, CLM, digital invoicing)

- Establish and manage service delivery models for Finance & Legal digital platforms, ensuring high availability, performance, and user satisfaction while defining SLAs, KPIs, and operational standards

- Lead and develop a global, multicultural team across APAC/EMEA/America hubs, driving the transformation of the operating model including nearshore/offshore strategies and center of excellence structures

- Build and manage the digital solutions budget, ensuring transparency and cost efficiency while identifying opportunities to reduce operational costs through automation and technology consolidation

- Act as the primary liaison contact for Finance and Legal leadership community, facilitating governance, steering committees, and cross-functional decision making

- Integrate new acquisitions/divestment projects and oversee vendor selection, contract negotiation, and performance management

- Ensure compliance with Group's architecture, data privacy, cybersecurity, and regulatory requirements while driving continuous improvement through monitoring, analytics, and feedback loops

Strong understanding of Finance and Legal processes (e.g., P2P, O2C, R2R, compliance, contract management) - Enables you to design solutions that truly address business needs, ensure regulatory compliance, and create tangible value for Finance and Legal stakeholders.

Organizational transformation expertise - Allows you to successfully restructure teams, implement nearshore/offshore strategies, and establish center of excellence models that enhance operational efficiency and service delivery.

Process evolution capabilities with Finance teams - Ensures you can collaborate effectively with Finance stakeholders to redesign workflows, eliminate inefficiencies, and embed digital solutions into daily operations for maximum adoption and impact.

Program management excellence - Enables you to orchestrate multiple concurrent initiatives across regions, manage dependencies, mitigate risks, and deliver on-time results that meet business objectives and budget constraints.

Exceptional leadership skills and strong drive - Allows you to inspire and develop global, multicultural teams, maintain momentum on complex transformation projects, and push initiatives forward even in challenging situations while fostering a high-performance culture.

Proven track record in cost management and technology value optimization - Helps you identify automation opportunities, reduce operational costs, and demonstrate clear ROI for all digital investments to senior leadership.

WHAT YOU MUST HAVE

You hold a Master's degree in Finance, Business, Information Systems, or related field.

You have 10+ years of experience in digital transformation, solution delivery, or technology leadership roles, ideally with a strong interest in Finance and Legal digital transformation.

WHAT WE OFFER

Salary: 100 000, 00 -110 000, 00 Euros base salary. Bonuses and benefits will be discussed during interviews.
