💼 Job Description
As an AI Deployed Engineer, you will embed across functions to identify the highest-cost manual processes and replace them with AI agents and automations. Reporting directly to the CEO, your mandate covers the entire company: operations, finance, KAM, product, and engineering.

Your mission:

• Diagnose and automate critical manual processes, one function at a time, making the company faster and cheaper to run.

• Deliver end-to-end automations (agents, scripts, low/no-code, SQL) without waiting for Product or Engineering. Each problem is solved fully before moving to the next.

• Ensure adoption and durability: train, document, and hand off ownership so each automation continues running 3 months after your intervention.

• Measure impact: manual hours eliminated, cost per operation reduced, team adoption.

Context and stakes: company-wide AI-native transformation, deploying automations in a resource-constrained environment, direct reporting to the CEO.

Location: Paris HQ, on-site presence required.

12-month objectives:

• Automate 24+ core processes (>80% no-touch).

• Reduce cost-to-serve from 30% to 15%.

• Deploy agent layers, improving lead time, quality, and CVR.

• Launch an AI Operating System used by 80% of teams, with evaluation quality 8/10.

• Ensure every automation has an owner, runbook, and passes quarterly health audits.

Profile wanted

Experience: 6-10 years building automations, internal tooling, or operations in high-volume, fast-paced environments, with measurable impact (manual hours eliminated, cost reduced).

Core skills:

• AI-native builder: personally builds and deploys agents, scripts, and automations end-to-end.

• Process autopsy & automation instinct: identifies the costliest manual processes and knows what to automate.

• Depth-first execution: takes one problem to done before starting the next, even without budget or dedicated engineers.

• Cross-functional influence: drives adoption across teams and leadership without hierarchical authority.

Personal qualities: extreme autonomy, founder mindset, speed of execution, resilience under pressure, fluent in English and working French.
