Born in 2021 from the desire to make cities less polluted and quieter, Electra is helping to shift usage towards electric mobility by tackling the main barrier: charging.

Electra is constantly innovating to make electric vehicle charging easier, with a network of fast charging stations (20 minutes on average) and a maximally simplified user experience.

Based in Paris, Lyon, Bordeau, Nantes, Brussels, Madrid, Zurich, Vienna, Munich, Milan and Amsterdam, Electra's teams aim to deploy a network of 15,000 fast charging points by 2030, proud to contribute to the energy transition in Europe.

In 5 years, we have:

  • Deployed +700 stations and over 4000 fast-charging points

  • Secured thousands of stations to establish Electra as a leader in the European market

  • Opened several offices in France and Europe

  • Raised over €1 billion in equity and debt financing from renowned investors and institutions

  • Joined the French Tech Next 40 and won the European Scale-up of the Year 2024 award

  • Assembled a team of over +250 talents... and this is just the beginning !

💼 Your Missions

We are building the densest and most efficient fast-charging network in France, and everything starts with finding the best locations. Our Expansion team identifies and secures high-potential sites: shopping centers, parking facilities, major retail chains, business parks, retail parks, Greenfield... to deploy the charging stations of tomorrow.

As Sales Manager - SMB, you are responsible for driving commercial development across geographic areas defined by Electra. You prospect in a structured and autonomous manner, identify high-potential opportunities, and lead negotiations through to signature.

🦸‍♀️🦸‍♂️Your responsibilities

  • Prospect actively and methodically across Electra's target areas: identifying priority sites, qualifying opportunities, building a structured pipeline, and maintaining rigorous follow-through to closing.

  • Manage a high volume of opportunities simultaneously, maintaining strong CRM discipline and prioritizing high-impact actions.

  • Drive sales cycles efficiently: outreach, rapid qualification, tailored commercial proposals, and closing within controlled timelines.

  • Adapt Electra's value proposition to the specific needs of each stakeholder (property managers, administrative directors, building trustees, site managers) with clarity and relevance.

  • Report field insights (local market dynamics, competitive landscape, high-potential site profiles) to continuously refine the SMB development strategy.

  • Coordinate with internal teams (technical, legal, deployment) to ensure the feasibility and timely execution of signed projects.

😎 Your Profile

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in a B2B sales role, with a strong focus on outbound prospecting and new account development (energy, business services, SaaS, real estate, or a comparable sector).

  • Structured approach to prospecting: you build and execute your prospecting plan with method, covering your target areas systematically and continuously optimizing based on results.

  • Results-driven and autonomous: you manage your commercial activity independently, set your own priorities, and consistently meet your objectives without requiring day-to-day operational oversight.

  • Rigorous pipeline management: you are proficient with CRM tools and track your performance indicators with precision (pipeline volume, conversion rate, time to close).

  • Strong interpersonal skills: you build trust quickly with a wide range of stakeholders and adapt your commercial approach accordingly.

  • Fluent French required; professional English is a plus.
