As the SRE/DevOps Team Manager, you will lead and support your team of three comprising French engineers and play a key role in designing, operating, and scaling Molotov's infrastructure across our web platform, connected devices, and smart TVs.
You'll be part of a broader technical community at Molotov, collaborating closely with developers, product teams, and engineers from various countries. Reliability, performance, and observability are at the heart of what we do: ensuring services are resilient, scalable.
Together, we build and maintain robust, automated, and secure systems that support high-quality video streaming across a wide range of devices and platforms. Knowledge sharing is central to our culture, fostered through chapter days (we are trying to keep some hours each week to make research and go forward some "bis "project.), tech demos, and collective moments where we exchange ideas, learn from incidents, and stay ahead of best practices in infrastructure, cloud, and DevOps technologies.

Your main tasks will be:
Manage and lead a team of three people, including one work-study student in IT Team.
Help the team grow in technical and operational skills.
Facilitate team meetings, weekly check-ins, and project updates.
Facilitate the individual development of team members (training, building expertise).
Set and track annual goals for each team member.
Develop a project roadmap and ensure its implementation.
Report on tasks and projects to management.
Maintain the operational readiness of platforms hosted in the data center (~75 physical servers) and across various cloud environments.
Operation, supervision, and monitoring of the platform and Linux infrastructures, as well as incident resolution.
Automation of deployment processes and industrialization (CI/CD).
Collaborate with various teams video, backend, ingestion, and SRE counterparts for the deployment and management of Molotov and Fubo infrastructures.
Take the initiative to improve existing technical stacks with the goal of optimizing costs and deployment processes.
Adopt and promote SRE/DevOps best practices in collaboration with other SREs at Fubo/Molotov.

You've got solid arguments, and we'd love to welcome you on board if:**
You hold a higher education degree (Bac +5)
You have a solid background with minimum of 5 years of experience
Good Level in English
Team Management
Leadership and Inter-Team Communication Skills
You're great at creating connections with others (think about your future teammates!)
The role requires availability for on-call duties on a rotating basis, approximately one week per month (one week on call followed by three weeks off call).
