Les missions du poste
You'll lead IESSI's B2B/Ho.Re.Ca development in Paris and across France, becoming one of the brand's key ambassadors on the ground.
Day to day, you'll focus on:
- Account management: strengthening relationships with existing clients across bars, restaurants, hotels, caves, and retailers
- New business: prospecting, tastings, and opening strategic accounts
- Sales follow-up: tracking performance and producing monthly sales reports
- Brand activation: events, tastings, trainings and in-venue activations
- Distributor support: working closely with national and regional distributors
- Bringing IESSI to life with energy and professionalism
This is a field-first role - expect to spend much of your time out in Paris, on the road, and meeting people across France.
Le profil recherché
- 2+ years in field sales or similar role
- Enthusiastic about the Paris food & bar scene (a great network is a plus)
- Proactive, ambitious, and organized
- Natural with people and relationship-building
- Excited to travel regularly across France
- Interested in drinks, aperitifs, and the vibrant no/low sector
- Comfortable in a fast-moving start-up
