Corrective development

• Analyze the existing code to identify the root cause of issues.
• Propose a corrective solution.
• Develop the fixes approved by the project manager.
• Verify that the correction does not introduce any regression.

Development of new features

• Develop new features based on specifications or functional requirements.
• Propose suitable and maintainable technical solutions.

Deployment and delivery

• Generate new application versions.

Collaboration and organization

• Work closely with the project manager and other developers.
• Comply with the procedures, standards, and development guidelines implemented within the team.
• Participate in technical discussions and project follow?up meetings.
• Communicate regularly on the progress of assigned tasks.

Documentation and quality

• Document the code developed or modified.
• Update the technical documentation when necessary.
• Ensure testing and the quality of deliverables.
• Perform unit and/or functional tests as required.
• Ensure the maintainability, readability, and performance of the code.

Additional points to include

• Become familiar with the existing application architecture.
• Comply with security and confidentiality rules related to client data.
• Use the project tracking and version control tools provided.
• Participate in code reviews when included in the process.
• Be proactive in suggesting improvements to existing applications and development processes.
