Executive Assistant H/F Safran

Within the Safran International Development and Governement Affairs Department, you support the Region Europe VP and team, the military advisor and the VP for Public Affairs for France and multilateral Affairs.
You insure optimized and smooth time organisation for the three VPs, and support the teams in the administrative and financial tasks. You actively contribute in the planning and organisation of internal and external events. You are able to interact with a range of diverse stakeholders, from junior to very senior, at local up to national level. You have a very strong sense of proactivity, with notions of project management. You actively contribute to the good organisation and daily life of the team.

Work conditions
- The position is based in Paris at the Safran headquarter.
- The Executive Assistant is reporting into the VP Europe, and functionally into the VP Public Affairs for France and Multilateral Affairs, and the Military advisor.
- Travels will be required exceptionally, in France, eventually within Europe.
- The Safran remote working policy would apply

Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Assist the 3 VPs in administrative tasks: agenda management, mission planning and consolidation of all preparatory elements prior to the missions
- For the Europe team and the EU team,
o manage the purchasing process and the procurement.
o manage the budget in relation with the Finance Business Partner and report on potential deviation or optimisation
o Support the organisation and preparation of internal seminars, events and meetings, including events with Safran key strategic partners in Europe and the Paris Air Show
o Prepare the induction of newcomers on the administrative standpoint

o Participate in the communication activities, helping setting up standards and sharing best practices
