Working alongside a high profile and prestigious team, The Peninsula Paris is seeking a Guest Communication Center Intern, starting July 2026.

Main responsibilities :

• Handle internal and external calls, ensuring that responses to guest requests (HotSOS, PenChat, phone calls, SevenRooms, Shiji) are processed within the deadlines and according to current procedures.


• You will participate daily in the smooth operation of the hotel switchboard.


• You will be responsible for handling calls from hotel guests, calls from the various services and departments of the establishment, as well as external calls.


• You will also ensure that all requests are responded to within the timeframes and procedures currently in place.

• Background in hospitality or equivalent experience
