Digitalization of maintenance operations including analytics and performance dashboards
Implementation of Overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) systems.
Develop, implement, and improve maintenance methods, strategies, procedures, and plans to ensure effective maintenance operations.
Identify requirement of different kind of maintenance tooling's, fixtures, jigs, and equipment's to manage maintenance of all kind of manufacturing means in-house by own technicians.
Designing and development of required tooling's, manage testing & qualification and putting in place for usage.
Providing technical and methodological support to maintenance team. Training on best practices, maintenance procedures, tooling & equipment's , and safety protocols.
Develop process for monitor of maintenance costs, tools, stores, and equipment's. Analyze spares requirement, manage supply and stock of spares with optimum inventory.
Le profil recherché
First experience (internship/apprenticeship) in an industrial environment
Knowledge of maintenance, continuous improvement, and equipment performance (OEE)
Fluent in English required
