Technicien Laboratoire H/F Bacardi Martini

Dans le cadre des évolutions du site de production Grey Goose localisé à GensaclaPallue, le laboratoire renforce ses équipes et recrute un(e) Technicien(ne) Laboratoireen CDI.

Rattaché(e) à la Responsable Laboratoire, vous jouez un rôle central dans la sécurisation et la qualité de nos spiritueux premium tout au long de leur cycle de vie.

Vos principales missions sont les suivantes :

• Réaliser les analyses physicochimiquesdes matières premières, produits issus du process et produits finis
• Conduire des analyses microbiologiques de routine et spécifiques
• Mettre en oeuvre des techniques analytiques avancées : GCFID, GC/MS, méthodes chromatographiques fines
• Organiser et participer aux dégustations, en lien avec les équipes concernées
• Contribuer activement aux décisions d'acceptation ou de refus des lots
• Garantir la fiabilité, la traçabilité et l'interprétation des résultats analytiques
• Assurer la bonne tenue du laboratoireet le respect des exigences ISO / HACCP
• Participer aux démarches d'amélioration continueet aux projets transverses du site

Profil recherché :

• Enseignement supérieur en sciences (essentiel) et certificat général niveau BUT Chimie
• Expérience en laboratoire de qualité / industrie des spiritueux
• Expérience reconnue en systèmes informatiques, par exemple Microsoft Office, LIMS, Chemstation, SAP
• Expérience en analyses organoleptiques
• Capacité à travailler en équipe et en autonomie, avec de solides compétences interpersonnelles et de communication.
• Rigueur, esprit critique, d'analyse et de synthèse
• Vis les 3 F - Fearless, Founders, Family
• Anglais technique : lecture et rédaction au minimum
