Détail du poste
Develop and validate a one-year collaborative research program with The Paris Flow Tech Platform to build an electrochemical screening platform by incorporating Hydrogen Atom Transfer (HAT) reactivity measurements, and Single Electron Transfer (SET) cyclic voltammetry (CV) assays. This platform will help detect and quantify oxidation liabilities in peptide drug candidates that are invisible to SET-only methods, thereby improving early developability risk assessments for radioligand therapeutics (RLTs).
- Cyclic voltammetry measurements to provide a multidimensional view of oxidative stability of peptides.
- Kinetic monitoring and determination of kinetic constants.
- Building a unified heatmap-based risk assessment tool for a robust developability assessment for RLT candidates, potentially preventing late-stage stability surprises.
Le profil recherché
- Electrochemistry, radical chemistry, catalysis, analytical chemistry;
- Cyclic voltammetry, electrosynthesis, analysis of reaction products, working in a collaborative environment, writing regular reports ;
- Team spirit, autonomous, proactive.
