🏠 What Do We Do?
Born in 2021 from the desire to make cities less polluted and quieter, Electra is helping to shift usage towards electric mobility by tackling the main barrier: charging.
Electra is constantly innovating to make electric vehicle charging easier, with a network of fast charging stations (20 minutes on average) and a maximally simplified user experience.
Based in Paris, Lyon, Bordeau, Nantes, Brussels, Madrid, Zurich, Vienna, Munich, Milan and Amsterdam, Electra's teams aim to deploy a network of 15,000 fast charging points by 2030, proud to contribute to the energy transition in Europe.
In 5 years, we have:
Deployed +700 stations and over 4000 fast-charging points
Secured thousands of stations to establish Electra as a leader in the European market
Opened several offices in France and Europe
Raised over €1 billion in equity and debt financing from renowned investors and institutions
Joined the French Tech Next 40 and won the European Scale-up of the Year 2024 award
Assembled a team of over +250 talents... and this is just the beginning !
💼 Your Mission
We are building the densest and most efficient fast-charging network in France, and everything starts with finding the best locations. Our Expansion team identifies and secures high-potential sites: shopping centers, parking facilities, major retail chains, business parks, retail parks, Greenfield... to deploy the charging stations of tomorrow.
As Senior Expansion Manager - Key Accounts, you are on the front line, driving our growth by acquiring new sites and building long-term partnerships with key players in commercial real estate across France.
👷 Your Responsibilities
Identify, qualify, and negotiate real estate opportunities for the deployment of Electra charging stations across France, with a focus on key accounts: complex tenders, multiple stakeholders, and long decision-making cycles.
Activate and nurture your network: brokers, asset managers, real estate investment companies, developers, major retail chains, and parking operators. You know who to talk to and how to engage them.
Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and first contact to deal closing and partner onboarding.
Coordinate internally with technical, legal, and deployment teams to ensure successful project execution.
Monitor the market: anticipate trends, spot new opportunities (asset repositioning, new developments, regulatory changes), and identify potential risks.
💚 Your Profile
7+ years of experience in commercial real estate: transactions, asset management, land development, or commercial real estate advisory.
Strong network within the French commercial real estate ecosystem (real estate investment companies, brokers, developers, institutional landlords), with the ability to leverage it quickly beyond the Paris region.
In-depth knowledge of the broker market (CBRE, JLL, Cushman & Wakefield, independent players...) and commercial real estate transaction processes.
Proven track record in key account management and navigating complex sales cycles involving multiple decision-makers.
Results-driven and resilient, comfortable operating in a fast-growing and fast-moving environment.
Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills; you know how to build trust and adapt your approach to different stakeholders (real estate directors, CFOs, C-suite...).
Strong analytical mindset: ability to read floor plans, assess site profitability criteria, and evaluate technical constraints.
Fluent French is required; professional English is a must.
