6-month assignment
You will support the Quality function in accelerating the execution of key quality and regulatory compliance action plans across the Specialties business perimeter.
The mission is to act as a central coordinator and execution driver, ensuring that all stakeholders contribute effectively, deadlines are respected, priorities remain visible, and management receives clear and regular progress updates.
This role requires a hands-on project management approach, with the ability to rapidly take ownership of complex topics, create execution discipline, and maintain momentum across multiple functions.
Responsibilities
Action Plan Coordination
- Take ownership of existing quality and regulatory compliance action plans and ensure rigorous follow-up.
- Coordinate action owners across departments and maintain momentum on critical deliverables.
- Monitor deadlines, challenge delays, and secure realistic commitments.
- Identify risks, bottlenecks, and escalation needs.
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Act as central interface between Quality, Regulatory, Operations, Procurement, Supply Chain, R&D, and external stakeholders when relevant.
- Organize and facilitate regular follow-up meetings with clear action ownership and decision tracking.
- Ensure alignment between contributors and maintain execution discipline across functions.
Quality & Regulatory Compliance Support
- Lead the structured follow-up of significant quality and regulatory compliance issues arising from audits, deviations, customer concerns, or compliance reviews.
- Ensure root causes are thoroughly investigated and challenged.
- Make sure that all learnings contribute to increasing adherence to company processes, ensuring product and regulatory compliance (FPM, TQA, and existing procedures).
- Coordinate with relevant stakeholders all training activities needed in case of deviations.
Management Reporting
- Prepare and maintain action trackers, dashboards, and management reporting tools.
- Consolidate progress updates for management and board reviews.
- Provide concise reporting on status, risks, pending decisions, and mitigation actions.
Qualifications
Experience
- Proven experience in project management within regulated environments.
- Strong exposure to quality and/or regulatory compliance topics.
- Experience in Feed Industry feed, food, pharma, chemical, or similar regulated industries is highly desirable.

- Fluent in English, both written and spoken, is essential.
- Spanish proficiency is considered a strong asset.
