Global Business Process Excellence Expert H/F CEVA LOGISTICS

Your Role
As a Global Business Process Excellence Expert - Air & Ocean, you drive the improvement, standardization and digitalization of operational processes on a global scale.
Reporting to the Air & Ocean Transverse division, you operate within a complex and highly system-driven international environment, aiming to optimize business flows, ensure alignment between processes and IT systems, and enhance overall operational performance.
You play a key role at the interface between Operations, Performance and Information Systems, ensuring that global process standards are fully aligned with digital tools and Group IT frameworks.
Your Main Responsibilities
* Map, analyze and optimize business processes related to Air & Ocean activities, fully integrating their systems and IT dimension.
* Ensure alignment between operational processes and IT solutions (ERP, operational systems, digital platforms).
* Identify regional gaps and lead global standardization initiatives in coordination with existing system architectures.
* Collaborate closely with IT and digital teams to:
Define functional requirements
Support system evolutions and enhancements
Contribute to automation and digitalization initiatives
* Analyze data from operational systems and reporting tools to identify performance improvement opportunities.
* Design and deploy continuous improvement methodologies adapted to a multi-system, international environment.
* Support change management during system deployments and process transformations.
* Define and monitor KPIs to measure process efficiency and effectiveness of implemented solutions.
* Actively contribute to digital transformation and global harmonization projects.
