Reporting And Governance Analyst M H/F MANPOWER - LUXEMBOURG

Manpower is recruiting a Reporting & Governance Analyst for one of its clients in the financial sector, based in Luxembourg, for a temporary assignment.

Your missions:

- Lead and deliver key strategic reporting cycles, including the Corporate Operational Plan, monthly reporting, and year-end closing
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and clarity of deliverables for senior management and Board-level stakeholders
- Operate within strict governance frameworks and tight, non-negotiable deadlines
- Contribute to group-level discussions to ensure alignment of data and reporting standards
- Test and validate new group reporting developments before production deployment
- Ensure local reporting complies with group standards and definitions
- Support the definition and enforcement of reporting governance frameworks
- Ensure consistency and reliability of dashboards, particularly in Tableau
- Maintain clear documentation of data flows, assumptions, and reconciliation processes
- Provide high-quality ad-hoc analysis for senior management and executive stakeholders
- Handle urgent, high-visibility requests with precision, discretion, and strong business judgment
- Deliver scenario analysis and actionable insights to support strategic decision-making

Your profile:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative or technical field (Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or similar)
- 3 to 5 years of experience in reporting, data analysis, or governance roles within structured environments
- Experience supporting Board-level or senior executive reporting
- Advanced Excel skills (complex formulas, Power Query, data modeling, VBA)
- Strong knowledge of reporting tools such as Tableau and/or Business Objects
- Ability to analyze, challenge, and interpret complex data sets
- Knowledge of SQL and/or Alteryx is an advantage
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and data storytelling skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
- High level of discretion and stakeholder awareness
